Corporate Pride photography London

Pride Month photography your staff are glad you commissioned

Parade contingents, ERG events and employer brand content across London — covered by queer photographers, with consent handled properly and commercial licensing included from the start.

What you actually get out of it

Answers the obvious question

When someone asks who you actually paid, the answer is queer photographers. That is a harder thing to say than a rainbow logo, and a much better one.

One shoot, the whole year

Careers site, internal comms, socials and the ED&I report all come out of the same day, licensed for all of it up front.

Booked before the diary fills

June books out by March. Brief us in Q1 and your date is held before the good photographers are gone.

The part nobody else raises

Not everyone marching with you is out at work.

Being photographed at a company Pride event can out somebody to their colleagues, their manager, or their family — sometimes years before they intended to. Most photography suppliers never raise this, because it has never occurred to them.

Our photographers do. Opt-outs are agreed with your ERG lead before the day, not chased afterwards. People who do not want to be identifiable are not photographed identifiably, and anyone can withdraw a frame after the fact without having to explain why.

It costs you nothing, it takes one conversation, and it is the difference between a shoot your staff enjoy and one they quietly resent.

What every booking includes

  • A pre-shoot call with whoever runs your ERG or comms
  • An agreed opt-out process, handled before the day rather than after
  • Full commercial licensing for internal and external use, included
  • Web, social and print crops from the same coverage
  • A first edit within 48 hours, for same-week posting
  • Files delivered to your brand guidelines where you have them

Good to know

Common questions

How much does corporate Pride photography cost in London?

It is quoted on the brief rather than sold as a package, because a two hour ERG panel and a full parade day are very different jobs. Send us the dates and roughly what you need and you will have a figure back the same day, with an invoice against a purchase order.

How do you handle employees who do not want to be photographed?

The opt-out is agreed with your ERG or comms lead before the day, and communicated to staff in advance. Anyone who does not want to be identifiable is not photographed identifiably, and frames can be withdrawn afterwards without anyone having to give a reason.

When should we book Pride coverage?

By March. London Pride weekend and the surrounding June dates book out months ahead, and the photographers who understand this work go first. Briefing in Q1 also means the images are ready before the month starts rather than during it.

Can we use the images beyond Pride Month?

Yes. Commercial licensing for internal and external use is included from the start, so the same coverage serves the careers site, internal comms, socials and your ED&I reporting for the year.

Do you invoice against a purchase order?

Yes. Corporate work is invoiced on your terms with a PO reference rather than paid by card at checkout, and we can complete supplier onboarding and provide insurance details before the booking is confirmed.

Pride Month photography your staff are glad you commissioned

Every photographer on this roster is queer. That is the difference between commissioning Pride content and participating in Pride, and it is the difference your employees will notice first.
