We are a representation agency, not a listings site. Every photographer on the roster has been met, vetted and chosen because their work could not have been made by anyone else. We keep the roster small on purpose.
When a brief comes in, a person reads it, checks real calendars, and offers the shoot to whoever genuinely fits it. You hear back within a day, usually the same one. No queue, no auto-reply, no matching by algorithm.
Every image on this site was made by someone who showed up with a camera and did the work. We credit the people behind it, every time.
